Video processing

Videos you select and finished videos are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to or stored on PokerClipper servers. The operator cannot view your video unless you choose to share it when contacting support.

Information we may collect

  • Your email address and display name when you sign in with Google.
  • Usage, browser, operating system, IP address, request, and error information.
  • Messages and files you voluntarily send when contacting support.

We do not access your Gmail messages, contacts, calendar, or other private Google Account content.

Service providers

Cloudflare

Purpose: Content delivery, connection security, and abuse prevention

Data: IP address, request details, and device or browser information

Read the provider’s privacy policy

PokerClipper does not send video files to these providers for video analysis.

Use and disclosure

We use collected information to provide and improve PokerClipper, investigate errors, answer support requests, and respond to misuse. We do not disclose personal information except to the service providers above, when required by law, or when you ask us to do so.
